I  am 19 and 28 weeks pregnant with my first child. I found out at 20 weeks that my child has Gastroschisis. I just can’t wait for my baby to be born so he can get the help he needs. my baby bethany has had a nightmare of a time and me and bethanys dad did think about terminating the prenancy but we didnt as we were told how easy it can be to sort in 95% of these cases, being in hospital 9 months we saw so many gastroschisis being born staying 3-6 weeks and going home fine we just were the unlucky ones bethany needs a liver bowl transplant and has been given 3-6 months to live so it can be really easy!! or hard id stick with it cus even though beths been through so much she smiles and laughs everyday!! and i wouldnt change it for the world!!!
